Pluggin' Along

Just keep on plugging
One step at a time
The road is long and hard
But the sun still shines.

Roll one more load
With determination and a smile
Forward and pull
But rest for awhile.

Quitting is forever
Plug forward with faith
The light is in sight
And angels await.

The old horse may be blind
But his heart beats true
It will only give out
When his journey is through.

What a glorious reward
Awaits our Heavenly Throne
Well done my servant
And Welcome home.

January 8th, 2009. This picture was one of Dennis’s favorites and a reminder of who he was. He gave his all and then his heart gave out and he returned to the arms of his Heavenly Father and his Savior he loved.
